Resort also offers a variety of ways to stay fit and bring your body and mind into harmony. Yoga is one of the most well-known and popular practices and offers a variety of benefits for physical and mental health. With us, you can attend yoga classes with experienced teachers and learn different styles and techniques. Visit our free yoga classes, which always take place on Saturdays from 08:30 - 09:45. Registration takes place via the hotel reception. A maximum of 8 people can take part in a yoga class, so we recommend that you book your yoga mat in advance.

Qi Gong is another form of movement meditation that contributes to relaxation and promotes the balance of body and mind. Our experienced teachers will guide you through various exercises to help you find your inner peace. Pilates is an exercise method that focuses on strengthening the centre of the body and promotes better posture and balance.

You can attend Pilates classes with us, which are led by our experienced trainers. In addition to these well-known activities, we also offer specially developed courses from our trainers that help you to learn new fitness methods and techniques and train your body and mind in a new way.
