Fitness & Yoga
Exercise, healthy food, inner balance and outdoor experiences are the four pillars that complete your holidays. Apart from personal tips for tours in nature, "Das Achental" also offers sports fans plenty of space for fitness. Train on state-of-the-art equipment by the company Life Fitness with a view of nature. Give it all you've got with our trainers in one of our courses or enjoy the many outdoor sports in the region that are waiting for you.
A balanced day, apart from a good deal of relaxation and good food, of course also needs enough exercise. No matter if you swim a few laps in our infinity pool or let off steam in our spacious fitness room. Our fitness trainer will be happy to support you with personal coaching to optimise movement, flexibility or muscle development.
After training it's time to relax. Enjoy the moment of mindfulness, of movement, of Pranayama and of meditation. Bring body, mind and soul into balance with a private lesson by our yoga instructor. The yoga session will be individually adapted to your requirements. Or attend our free yoga lessons, held every Thursday and Saturday from 09:00 to 10:15. Please register at reception. A maximum of 8 persons can participate in any yoga course.
Your health and well-being are important to us. For this reason we have planned further activities such as Aqua Fitness or Dance Workout in order to complete your stay in the Achental.
