30 TRAINEES ACCOMPANY THE ACHENTAL ON THEIR JOURNEY TOGETHER
At the beginning of September, Nikolai Bloyd, Managing Director of Das Achental, welcomed 10 new trainees to the resort. "Our employees are the most important brand ambassadors of our hotel," emphasized Bloyd during his tour of the hotel.
The new trainees enjoyed their first day at work, which included warm welcomes in all departments. A total of 30 young people are currently being trained at Das Achental. They are completing an apprenticeship as a chef, restaurant and event service specialist, sports and fitness specialist or hotel specialist. During their training, which lasts up to three years, career starters work in various departments at the resort, which offers guests 179 rooms and suites, a spa, a fitness studio, its own golf course, 3 restaurants and 2 lodges.
To ensure that not only the guests but also the employees are happy, the Müller couple, as owners, have created employee accommodation and a staff restaurant as well as additional benefits such as attractive accommodation conditions in European partner hotels, a Christmas bonus and further training measures. Sanela Okanovic, Senior Recruiter, is already looking forward to receiving applications for 2024, and interns are also very welcome all year round. "The entire Achental team has one goal," says Nikolai Bloyd: "We want to become one of the best resorts in Bavaria. We are delighted that 30 trainees are joining us on this journey."
